Let's find your dream home

"We had a great experience working with Davian during our home buying process. We were very happy with the speed at which he was able to communicate with us about properties, and how much knowledge he was able to give us while searching for the right house. Definitely would work with him again in the future and recommend others to reach out to him for assistance purchasing a home."

"Davian Akers is a very professional Realtor, who is dedicated to his work and is always there for you whenever you need help. He answers all your questions and sends documents to you in a timely manner, with follow-up calls to make sure you received and understood everything. He is such an amazing person as he treats his clients like family and builds great rapport. Furthermore, he works hard to ensure the client is all set at every step of the way and is not a time waster. He goes straight to the point explaining everything and doesn’t tire of your questions. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family. Thank you Davian for all you did for us, we greatly appreciated it."

"This review has been a long time coming. At the beginning of the summer I contacted Davian about selling our home in Biddeford. I loved that he answered right away and I did not have to leave a voicemail. At first I wasn’t sure we were even close to selling since our house was a little messy and needed a some cosmetic care, but after we put off the appointment two times we finally got to meet. He was thorough and professional at that first meeting and then going forward. This move was stressful for me for personal reasons, but Davian was right there with us and helped it become a good experience despite personal issues going on at the time. . His service was excellent, professional and kind. I definitely recommend him for your real estate needs. He will work hard and cover every base with you! Thanks Davian for putting up with us!!!"

Davian was very easy to work with throughout the entire home buying process. He was very professional and quickly addressed any questions or concerns I had regarding the property. I was confident Davian would make the deal happen; which he did. I’d highly recommend Davian to anyone in the Portland area looking to buy their first home or expand their real estate portfolio
